Great question. Fuzzy is a company built by vets for pet parents to help people like you make healthy choices for their pets every day. We use the power of the internet and our 100+ years of vet experience to provide digital urgent care, consults, and recommend products to keep pets happy and healthy.

Am I able to get new prescriptions through Fuzzy?Am I able to get new prescriptions through Fuzzy?

The ability to prescribe virtually in the U.S. varies state-by-state. We’re currently working with local officials to deliver virtual prescription services to pet parents in all 50 States.

If your state allows medications to be prescribed virtually, you can use the Fuzzy App to speak with a veterinarian who will conduct a digital physical exam and, if needed, can prescribe medication for your pet. Your pet must be present during your consultation for a new prescription.

If your state does not allow virtual prescribing, you can consult with a Fuzzy Vet to refill any current medications your pet needs, and we will contact your vet to get your request approved and your items shipped straight to your door.

Please do. If your pet isn’t responding to the medication, or is experiencing any adverse effects, you can use the Fuzzy App to speak with a vet 24/7. Don’t hesitate to update us on your pet’s health.

We combine the knowledge of our licensed vet professionals with the info you provide us to recommend the best courses of action, treatment plans, and products for your pet.

We can also contact your vet to refill a prescription and coordinate in-person and emergency care. Because we can’t physically examine your pet, and because pets can’t tell us how they feel, we can’t diagnose or prescribe medicine—but we hope to be able to soon.

If you received a new prescription from your local clinic or have a refill, you can upload it within the Fuzzy App, and our vets will fill and ship your pet’s medication right to your door.

Can I buy products without a membership?Can I buy products without a membership?

Absolutely. You can even get personalized recommendations, too. Tell us a bit about your pet and their needs, and we’ll show you vet-recommended treats, toppers, supplies, and more.

If you want to chat with a vet about your selections, you’ll need to sign up for a Fuzzy Membership.

So glad you asked. A lot of online pet stores show you everything available. And that’s great, but it’s not our style. Every product we sell is evaluated by our team for nutritional value, medical efficacy, and safety.

We would never recommend a product we wouldn’t give to our own pets first.
