The ability to obtain virtual prescriptions in the U.S. varies by state.

We are actively working with local officials to offer virtual prescription services to pet parents across all 50 states. If your state permits virtual prescriptions, you can provide details about your pet and upload photos for evaluation. In some cases, we may be able to prescribe without needing a direct consultation with a veterinarian.

However, there may be instances where you'll need to use the Fuzzy App to consult with a veterinarian, who will conduct a digital assessment and, if necessary, prescribe medication for your pet. Your pet must be present during the consultation for a new prescription.

Unfortunately, if your state does not yet allow virtual prescriptions, we will not be able to assist you at this time.
