At Fuzzy, we appreciate your dedication as a pet parent and will reward you for using our app to stay informed about the latest veterinary care advice. Fuzzy has a new rewards program designed to incentivize pet owners to complete designated pet care tasks in the Fuzzy app. By completing these tasks, users can earn points that can be redeemed for various rewards, including a free one-time prescription, a free one-time vet consult, a chance to win a 1-year Fuzzy subscription, and more.

Earning Points

How do I earn MyFuzzy points? How do I earn MyFuzzy points?

You can earn points by completing designated pet care tasks from your PetWellness plan on the Fuzzy app’s home page, such as feeding, exercise, grooming, etc. You get 10 points per care task, up to 50 points per day, and 150 points per week. You can earn bonus points for completing all your care tasks that are due, as well as for checking in and hitting streak weeks.

Yes, users can earn points for multiple pets on the same account. Points are pooled at the account level and the user is subject to the same 50/day and 150/week cap regardless of how many pets they have.

You can track your progress by checking your points balance in the ‘Points and Rewards’ section of the Fuzzy app. You can also see how many rewards you are eligible for and how many points you need to earn them.

Points expire 6 months after you earn them, so it's important to redeem them before they expire.

Participation is completely free. You can start earning points and redeeming rewards as soon as you complete pet care tasks in the Fuzzy app.

Other rewards, such as the chance to win a 1-year Fuzzy subscription, a $25 donation to a shelter, and a $50 visa gift card, will be emailed to you upon redemption.

If the reward you want is marked as sold out, don't worry! We restock all of our rewards on the 1st of each month, so be sure to check back then to see if the reward you want is available again. In the meantime, you can continue earning points to redeem for other rewards.

No, there is no limit to how many points you can earn. However, some rewards may have a limited quantity, so it's best to redeem your points as soon as you have enough.
