Shipping times may vary based on your location and the availability of the medication. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days.

Fuzzy members enjoy a range of benefits, including no prescription service fee. As a member, you do not need to pay for prescription fees.

The ability to obtain virtual prescriptions in the U.S. varies by state.

We are actively working with local officials to offer virtual prescription services to pet parents across all 50 states. If your state permits virtual prescriptions, you can provide details about your pet and upload photos for evaluation. In some cases, we may be able to prescribe without needing a direct consultation with a veterinarian.

However, there may be instances where you'll need to use the Fuzzy App to consult with a veterinarian, who will conduct a digital assessment and, if necessary, prescribe medication for your pet. Your pet must be present during the consultation for a new prescription.

Unfortunately, if your state does not yet allow virtual prescriptions, we will not be able to assist you at this time.

Please do. If your pet isn’t responding to the medication or is experiencing any adverse effects, you can use the Fuzzy App to speak with a vet 24/7. Don’t hesitate to update us on your pet’s health.

If there are any concerns about the safety of your medications, rest assured our licensed veterinarians will carefully evaluate your pet's medical history and current condition to determine the most suitable medication. If you have any concerns, never hesitate to start a consult with one of our vets through the Fuzzy App.

Yes! If your pet requires a prescription, simply answer a few questions about your pet and upload some photos. We will then be able to rewrite your prescription and mail it directly to you.

Fuzzy can prescribe medications without having to speak to a vet for the following categories:
