The Fuzzy Pet Health, Inc., (“Fuzzy”) Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply for all Fuzzy memberships, data collection and sharing, and use of the Fuzzy app or website. The Jet Blue Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply for all promotions, Credits, and use of the Jet Blue app or website.

To qualify for and receive a discount on the annual membership fee with Fuzzy (“Initial Promotion”), you must meet the requirements indicated below.  You must complete sign up for a new Fuzzy account through the Fuzzy app or www.yourfuzzy.com (“New Subscriber”) with a valid form of accepted payment to take advantage of the Promotion.  You will not be entitled to receive the Promotion if Fuzzy has a record of their name, email, phone number, or credit card is linked to an existing active or inactive Fuzzy account or otherwise where Fuzzy suspects fraudulent activity. Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Promotion is not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified or sold. Promotion cannot be applied retroactively for prior purchases. Promotion cannot be combined unless otherwise indicated. Terms are subject to change by Fuzzy at any time. Fuzzy reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. Fuzzy’s computer is the official date/time-keeping device for Promotion. You are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax related to the use of the Promotion; Fuzzy has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of the Promotion.

Your Fuzzy Account and use of the Credit/digital coupon are subject to Fuzzy’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Credit cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Credit may only be used on fuzzy.com on qualifying purchases in a single online transaction. Credit expires at the end of six (6) months from the date of issue. Limit one Credit issued per household per promotion.

New Subscriber agrees to maintain their Fuzzy account in good standing for a period of 1 year from the date of sign-up. If New Subscriber cancels their Fuzzy account within the first year, this promotion is deemed terminated by the customer and all issued Credits will be cancelled.

Promotion is for a customer who is new to Fuzzy to (a) become a New Subscriber for the discounted price of thirty-nine dollars ($39) for the first year, and (b) receive twenty dollars ($20) in Credit from Fuzzy to be used within a period of 6 months from date of signup. Fuzzy Memberships will automatically renew one year after becoming a New Subscriber for an additional year at a renewal price to be determined by the company at the time of renewal. Active credits must be used through the end of six months from the date of issue.
