Safe-Guard Dewormer Powder for Dogs is effective against the four major types of parasites— roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and taenia tapeworms.

If your dog tests positive for internal parasites your vet may recommend Safe-Guard (fenbendazole) Canine Dewormer to treat and control them. Fenbendazole is considered safe for use in all dogs ages six weeks and older, including pregnant dogs. Treating your dog is easy! Mix the daily dose into your pet's regular food and ensure that they eat it all. The dewormer should be given once daily for three consecutive days.

Each box contains 3 pouches, one for each day of treatment. Purchase the sizes most appropriate for the weight of your dog.

Small Breed includes (3) 1 gram pouches. Each pouch treats 10 lbs. Medium Breed includes (3) 2 gram pouches. Each pouch treats 20 lbs.Large Breed includes (3) 4 gram pouches. Each pouch treats 40 lbs.

Add powder to your dogs food once daily for three days. If you feed a dry food you may have to add some water or bone broth. Ensure your dog eats the entire dose. Consult your veterinarian for help in the diagnosis, treatment and control of parasitism.
