How do I use Fuzzy to get my pet’s prescriptions?How do I use Fuzzy to get my pet’s prescriptions?

Refilling your pet’s prescriptions with Fuzzy is simple. Just upload a clear, digital image of the prescription through the Fuzzy App or your web browser at Fuzzy.com. Then our Vet Team will review your request, which takes between 24 and 48 hours. Once approved, you’ll receive a link to where you can add your pet’s medication to your cart and purchase.

Getting a new prescription is easy, too. If you live in a state where you can receive prescription medication via telemedicine, all you need to do is use the Fuzzy App to speak with a vet. One of our vets will conduct a digital physical exam, listen to your concerns, and then decide if medication is needed. Your pet must be present for our staff to prescribe medication.

The ability to prescribe virtually in the U.S. varies state-by-state. We’re currently working with local officials to deliver virtual prescription services to pet parents in all 50 States.

If your state allows medications to be prescribed virtually, you can use the Fuzzy App to speak with a veterinarian who will conduct a digital physical exam and, if needed, can prescribe medication for your pet. Your pet must be present during your consultation for a new prescription.

If your state does not allow virtual prescribing, you can consult with a Fuzzy Vet to refill any current medications your pet needs, and we will contact your vet to get your request approved and your items shipped straight to your door.

It depends on where you live. The biggest deciding factor is whether your state allows for veterinary-client-patient-relationships (VCPR) to be established using electronic means.

We’re working closely with local officials to provide the best virtual care in every state. If you’d like to get involved, contact your veterinary state board to let them know that this is something that you want for your pet.

What type of medications can Fuzzy prescribe and/or refill?What type of medications can Fuzzy prescribe and/or refill?

Fuzzy Vets can prescribe a wide range of commercial medications that are normally available in-clinic. For example we commonly prescribe medication for flea and tick prevention, pain relief, digestive support, or skin and coat treatment. We are also able to order compounded medications, made specially for your pet, as well.

Yes. In order to refill your pet’s medications, we require a clear, digital image of the prescription and authorization from your vet. Please submit your pet’s prescription as a PDF, PNG, or JPEG file. If you do not have the prescription, you can consult with a Fuzzy team member who can assist you.
