Payment and Fees

Fuzzy Pet Health offers a variety of products and services, and reserves the right to do so as one-off purchases or as a part of a membership or recurring subscription. It is solely at Fuzzy's discretion to offer credit, replacement, or refunds for those products or services. In general, you can cancel your subscription at any time either through our app, on our website, or by contacting help@yourfuzzy.com.
There may be an option for automatic renewal with the purchase of some products or services. If you agree to the automatic renewal of the product or service at the time of your purchase of such product or service, you agree that Fuzzy is authorized to automatically charge your credit or debit card at the time of renewal unless otherwise notified by you.
We may terminate your subscription, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms of Use or our policies, is harmful to our business interests, or for an inactive account.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR TO THE END OF A SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW.
For the following products and services, specific restrictions apply.
Free First Month of Flea & Tick Meds
Fuzzy’s promotion offering a free month of Flea & Tick medications applies to new members only, and up to 2 pets per household. Creating alternative accounts or orders to receive more than the allotted 2 doses in your first month will result in termination of your duplicate accounts and cancellation of your shipments. You are able to pay for additional doses during checkout along with your 2 free doses. This promotion applies to a monthly recurring subscription, after the first month, you are responsible for the full cost of your medications.
Fuzzy Pet Care Fundamentals
If you choose to cancel your Annual Pet Care Fundamentals Membership, Annual Payment within the first 30 days of your subscription, we will retain $100 of your $299.99 fee to cover the cost of the program materials, shipping, and incidental expenses incurred by Fuzzy. If you enrolled in the Annual Pet Care Fundamentals Membership, Monthly Payments, and you cancel your 12-month subscription within the first 90 days, we will terminate your membership at the conclusion of 6 months, to include a total 6 payments of the $39.99 subscription price, and delivery of monthly boxes, pursuant to the product description.
Free Trial
If you enrolled in a Free Trial subscription through our app using Google Pay or Apple Pay, you are solely responsible for cancelling your free trial on your device prior to the expiration of that trial and the subscription charge being processed. Charges incurred through Google Pay or Apple Pay are not eligible for a refund from Fuzzy. Your Free Trial will automatically end 7 days after the initial sign-up period.
Free Gift with Purchase
Refunds are excluded for any free gift with purchase orders.
